Returns & Refunds

We want every Motion Standard piece to feel considered and right. If something isn’t, the following applies.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and labels
  • Be requested within 14 days of receipt

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Pre-Orders & Limited Runs

Motion Standard operates on a made-to-order and limited-run basis.

  • Pre-order items may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible
  • Pre-order items remain eligible for return after delivery, subject to the conditions above

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping will be covered by Motion Standard
  • A replacement or full refund will be offered

Final Notes

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
