What does " pre-order " mean?

Each garment is produced once the order window closes. This allows us to manufacture in limited quantities and maintain quality control at every stage

When will I receive my order?

Estimated lead time is 4–5 weeks from the order window closing. Updates will be provided throughout production.

Can I return or exchange a pre-order?

We do not offer exchanges due to the garments being made to order. Returns are accepted, and guidance can be found in our Returns and Refund Policy.

How should I care for my garment?

Wash at 30°C, wash inside out, do not tumble dry, and air dry flat to maintain shape. If ironing is required, iron on a low setting with the garment inside out. 

Are garments limited?

Quantities are strictly capped per production run.
